Customers can also contact us directly via phone, chat, email, or text for a customized quote. Institutional, business, and industrial buyers can submit a Quotation Worksheet to start the purchase order process. You can also email a purchase order to our sales team for a quick response.

The amount of sales tax charged is based on the following factors:

• Type of item purchased
• Destination of the shipment

If an individual item is subject to sales tax, it is typically calculated based on the total selling price. Commercial purchasers often are not subject to sales tax. Feel free to inquire about the status of your company about taxability.

Customers have two business days to cancel an order without penalty. After two business days, a cancellation fee of 25% of the sale price applies.

We accept purchase orders from corporations, universities, colleges, and schools with accepted Dun & Bradstreet ratings or pre-approved credit arrangements. If a purchase order is processed with credit terms, the seller will issue an invoice after successful delivery.

When a purchase order is "accepted," Heat Treat Now, LLC confirms and acknowledges its acceptance of quantity, price, and payment terms, creating a contract between both parties. Once the purchase is accepted, we will send a payment invoice according to the agreed-upon payment terms (i.e. net 30). All international orders must be prepaid.

All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking charge; no cash refunds are given. Customers should contact us directly for a return authorization and further instructions before returning merchandise. We will issue a "Return Goods Authorization" from the manufacturer before a return is accepted.
