The side plate and platen plate are laser cut from 1/4" thick P&O steel. Platen wheels are CNC machined 6061 aluminum and are mounted with 1/2"-20 socket head cap screws.  The wheel bearings are separated by a crush sleeve to protect them from over-tightening. The platen plate is mounted with 1/4"-20 countersunk flathead fasteners and can be adjusted into tangency with the platen wheels.

Please note, accessory arms are 2” square. If you do not have an AmeriBrade grinder, please check what size your accessory arms should be.
